From the MS walk with Jeanne, these iPhone apps lenses don't help! Anyway hopefully this will become another 'before' pic.

My Saturday was good
So even though I was out past midnight on Friday, I still made it up at 7 to get to weight watcher where I weighed in at 318, putinng me down 8,4 lbs since I started 3 weeks ago. Now, mind you this time I took off my shoes which alone weighed 2.3 lbs. Unfortunately I don't remember if I was wearing those the first day or not! But even so that would still put me at 6.1 lbs down or about 2 lbs a week, which is about right !
Then I went to the 5K walkathon for MS to keep company with my friend Jeanne who had to do it in the wheelchair. Even though a simple walk almost kept me winded, and I started to have low blood sugar which luckily I was prepped for, we completed the whole walk.
But then considering we got soaked I went home and climbed back into bed to get warm. :-)

steps steps steps
Yesterday over 13,000 steps and today over 11,425 which really seems like a lot! Sure hope it shows up on the scale on Sat!

End of week 1 - 5 lbs!
Well something must be working!
I lost 5 lbs since this time last week!
Who knew that exercising more and eating less would actually work? :-)

Walking to health
Hey, over 10000 steps today!
(Perhaps that's why I had a blood sugar of 81 at noon.)
Well, we will see what happens tomorrow at the scale!
